“Three years ago our Bullmastiff, Brawn, was diagnosed with bone cancer. After lengthy discussion with Dr. Plumley, we felt that it was in her best interest that Brawn be put to sleep to end her pain. We can’t even begin to describe the love, support and compassion that we were given by Dr. Plumley, his technician, and staff as we sat with our “baby” to say our goodbyes. We now have a new “baby” another Bullmastiff, Annabella, 3 years old. When we pull into Whitefield Animal Hospital’s parking lot, she gets so excited to be there to “visit” her friends inside. She gets out of the vehicle, runs to the door and literally scratches at the door to be let in. It certainly touches our hearts to know that something as precious as our animal is loved and very well taken care of. A big thank you to Whitefield Animal Hospital, Dr. Plumley, Dr. Lefavour, technicians and staff.”

“It was a challenge for me to find veterinarian care when I moved here in 1998. After asking around, a client of Whitefield Animal Hospital recommended I bring my pets to you. I might add they were very happy with you guys! Everyone has been honest, friendly & professional each and every time I bring my pets. I am so incredibly thankful to have found the Whitefield Animal Hospital.”

“Since January of 2013, I have been bringing both my canine patrol partner, Ruger, an American Black Labrador Retriever, and my personal pet Cadence, a Boston Terrier to Whitefield Animal Hospital for all of their veterinary needs. Over the past two years, both Ruger and Cadence have received exceptional care. Whether I am seeking advice for a new product or my dogs are in need of veterinary care for an injury—Whitefield Animal Hospital is my first choice!

I have had Ruger since he was 11 weeks old and he has gone to Whitefield Animal Hospital for regular check-ups, shots and surgery–I attribute his overall excellent physical condition to Dr. Plumley, Dr. Lefavour and their staff. Due to the nature of work of being a Conservation Officer Canine, Ruger is susceptible to both minor and major injuries. Thankfully, I have Whitefield Animal Hospital as a resource when he becomes sick or injured. It has become clear that staff will do whatever they can to ensure that Cadence is able to enjoy a high quality of life and that Ruger is able to perform at a high level through the rigors of his service.

In my experience as a customer of Whitefield Animal Hospital, I have come to learn that the staff is honest, caring and hardworking. With each visit and call, I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge and compassion that all staff members’ exhibit. Whitefield Animal Hospital is an excellent resource for pet owners in the North Country – people are truly lucky to have such a wonderful place to bring their pets for veterinary care!”

“Dr. Chris approaches each appointment with genuine care for each animal. He provides undivided attention and takes the time to get to know each animal and gives thorough explanation of what is going on. He also provides why behind his recommendations”
